Massive thanks to everyone who saw our sets at the Word tent this weekend! We love playing in Ireland, we’ll definitely be back soon!
Also thanks to Depa for filling in on bass for us this weekend and to Marty and Declan for having us over.
Vortex
Just played a wicked gig at the Vortex in Dalston.
We we’re invited down by the mighty Speakers Corner Quartet
If you haven’t already, check them out on myspace. Tonight was the first time I’ve seen them with the new line up. It’s definitely working! Sounding tighter than ever. Bangin.

Sound of Rum venture to Hereford!
Gig last night at the Jailhouse in Hereford. Was quite a low turnout but we still really enjoyed it! Thanks to those of you who came down and made it a wicked gig anyway!
Big up to Subside for lending us their guitar amp. And thanks to Calm Like a Riot for the bass amp. Here’s a pic of Calm Like a Riot absolutely having it!
I really enjoyed their set, proper tight. Only downside to the whole experience was how far away Hereford is from London. Google said 3 hours and 16 mins by car. It is a liar. It’s way further than that! As a result we all slept in this morning – I was late for work and Ferry got a parking ticket. Boo. Rock and roll though eh?
