Goodbye to Festivals + Tour Dates!
After an exhausting, exciting, rewarding and thoroughly enjoyable Bestival, we say goodbye to another festival season! Thankyou to everyone who caught our performances at Glastonbury, Fusion, Blissfields, Beatherder, Hop Farm, Latitude, Ben and Jerry’s Summer Sundae, Camp Bestival, Fieldview, Standon Calling and Bestival.
We’ll be back on the road this weekend playing at Southsea Fest on Saturday 17th September. We’re also going back to Germany to play at the Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg on the 22nd of September, driving onward for a show at the Comet in Berlin on the 23rd. And if that wasn’t enough, we have a date supporting Ghostpoet at Sub89 in Reading on November 9th.
We are also pleased to announce that after the success of our Glastonbury show at Leftfield, Billy Bragg has asked us to go on tour with him! We will be playing all 12 dates of the Leftfield In Motion tour, travelling across the UK from the 13th-28th of November, alongside The King Blues and Akala.

Glastonbury
Probably the most enjoyable festival we’ve ever been to as a band. 8 shows over 3 days, with enough time left over for Matthew Herbert, Jamie T, raving in Arcadia, sun rise on the hill, excessive amounts of walking about looking for things and of course, Stevie Wonder!
Massive thanks to everyone who came to see us or stumbled past and stopped to watch us at Stummerville, Poetry in Words, The Igloo, The Body Shop, The Rabbit Hole, The Pussy Parlure and The Magic Bubble. Special praise to anyone who showed up already wearing a Sound of Rum temporary tatoo!! Also thankyou to all the artist liason’s, stage managers, sound people and rickshaw riders who helped us make it happen!
We had such a good time that me and Kate refuse to admit we’ve come back home. Wrist bands staying on all summer this time. Watch out Berkavitch, might be a new King in town…
Oh and big up to the duck crew!
