Solid day today. A lot happened. Got some good mixes down, great performance from Polarbear:
Ferry got a new cymbal:
And we made our first trip in the rental van! Off on tour tomorrow, going to have to get used to it.

Great day today, lyrics down on half the tracks. Sounding pretty excellent! Charlie came down too.

March 2010 Studio Day 2
Second day with Rory today, tunes are sounding large. Recorded a mixture of old and new. Very excited by our newest song “Give”
…and possibly trying out a few variations on instrumentation.
Studio is developing a nice, lived in vibe.
March 2010 Recordings Day 1
First of all, sorry to anyone who came down to see us at the Finsbury Town Hall. The band who provided the drum kit had to leave, so we couldn’t play. Apologies to all.

On a lighter note, great day in the studio today. Rory’s got a brand new studio, which is great:
G from Speakers Corner Quartet came down help produce. Always good to have an extra set of ears, very happy with the way things are sounding.
Tried out a new version of Can’t Be Saved.
Couple of videos of Archie and Ferry improvising between takes – (whilst Rory was fixing the desk!)
